A Kölsch with No Name
A traditional light, refreshing, German-style ale
We are Matt and Cortni Nader, longtime Idaho residents with a passion for great beer and the outdoors. Idawild began as a home-brew operation in our spare bedroom and grew to a 3000+ square foot, 5-barrel-production brewery and taproom.
Matt, the Idawild Brewmaster, enjoys curating unique and creative styles but also appreciates the art of producing traditional and foreign ales.
Cortni designed the taproom to provide a unique and welcoming atmosphere where you can unwind or come together to enjoy a delicious craft beer with the people you love.
We specialize in thoughtfully-crafted, small-batch brews to satisfy both the adventurous beer-drinker and those who tend to stick to conventional styles. Our specialties are smooth yet flavorful hazy IPAs and crisp, easy-drinking kettle sours. We offer options that you can’t find anywhere else, and the ever-growing tap list is sure to have a perfect option for everyone in your crew!
